How it works
When you do one of the pre-loaded Fitness Triggers, find it and tap on it. The app will give you a random workout such as “Do 10 Pushups”. Do your pushups and tap the checkmark. That’s it. You’re done. You can then keep track of all the things you do, both triggers and exercises by day, week and month.
We have tons of future features planned out, but still feel free to let us know of things you would like to see.
