2017 marks another significant date in TM Calendar.
A year where MA is going through a journey of transformation. This journey has been progressing positively especially with MA movement into a new office TM@Damansara. This new premise is meant to bring all MA team at one place to foster greater working relationship and culture; in a more dynamic, flexible and adaptable atmosphere.
As we row along the transformation stream, Managed Accounts (MA) is still grounded on TM’s core business objective- Business Made Easier. MA is entrusted to deliver supreme customer experience through the integration of Connectivity, ICT, BPO and not to forget Smart Services. As the integrated provider, the onus is on us to pass on the values of operational efficiency and productivity to our customers’ business ecosystem.
