We live in a unique era in which a person can build their dreams with little more than a Chair, Desk, Computer, and an Internet Connection. Unfortunately, as Desk Jockeys like me become painfully aware of; sitting for 6-18 hours a day can have immense deleterious effects on a person's physiology.
Although I believe that a person's road to management and recovery should begin with professional advice and direction; I've personally found that simply remembering to sit up straight, walk around, or perform some light stretches and exercises, can bring immediate and cost-effective benefits.
In the Application's current state, it simply allows a person to set multiple daily Alarms at key points in the Day, to help you establish a daily maintainence routine to care for your body. This App is intended to be a supplement to either a routine suggested by a Healthcare Professional, or your own routine determined by sources available on the Internet (should Professional Advice be out of reach for whatever reason). Regardless of your approach, be aware that your Muscles may either be severely atrophied, or extremely tight in a given region of the body. As such, you must be extremely cautious, especially when exercising or stretching muscles which have been neglectic for extended periods. Take it slow, and don't be stupid.
