Customers can use the mobile app to provide feedback or report issues on electricity and gas supply matters, SP PowerGrid worksites (e.g. roadworks, noise or safety concerns), equipment (e.g. overground boxes, substations) and service feedback. You can also snap and send images directly using this mobile app.
